Kastamonu-Ihsangazi road, teenager A.S. entered the Karaçomak Dam pond to cool off. Shortly after, the child, who started struggling in the water, disappeared from sight.
Upon realizing the situation, the people around informed the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the notification, AFAD and health teams were dispatched to the region.
As a result of the underwater search operations carried out by AFAD teams, the lifeless body of A.S. was reached. After the initial examinations at the scene, A.S.’s body was taken to the hospital morgue.
